I'm a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor practising in Balham in south-west London. I am a registered member of the the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and in my work I am committed to complying with the BACP ethical framework.

I work with adults and young people (16+) on a short-term or a long-term basis. I am committed to the values of equality and diversity and I welcome clients from a range of backgrounds and identities.

I am experienced in supporting people with a variety of experiences and/or difficulties related to the following areas:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Low mood, feelings of sadness or feeling lost
  • Relationships with friends, family, partners or colleagues
  • Health and disability including mental health, Specific Learning Difficulties and autism
  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Managing change and transitions
  • Trauma and abuse

    My practice is based on Bedford Hill in Balham. It is within easy reach of Balham underground and mainline train stations. More information can be found in the Location section of the website.
