Fees
- £70 per session online
- Payment by bank transfer ahead of each session
Some concessionary rates are available for students and those on a low-income so please contact me to discuss further
Sessions - I offer 50 minute sessions on a weekly basis at the same time each week
- Sessions can be attended on a short-term basis (e.g. up to 24 sessions) or attended on a long-term and open-ended basis for more in-depth work
Getting started
If you are interested in starting counselling, please contact me initially by email or the web contact form (details below).
After making contact, you may find it helpful to talk on the phone before beginning sessions together. If so, we can arrange a free 20 minute conversation to find out a bit more about each other.
We would then book in an initial counselling session to explore how we might work together. In this session, I'll ask you for more information about you, your background and what areas you may want to explore in our counselling sessions. You'll also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about me or about counselling in general.
